Terms and Conditions

1. Deposit and Payment:

  • An $800 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • The total cost of the retreat is $3,000, which includes accommodation, meals, and activities.

  • Full payment must be made 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

  • Payments can be made via credit card, check, PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • The $800 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the retreat will not receive any refund.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum number of participants is not met, in which case a full refund will be provided, including the deposit.

3. Travel and Airfare:

  • The total cost of the retreat does not include travel expenses.

  • It is recommended to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

4. Liability and Waiver:

  • Participants must sign a liability waiver adhering to the standards for New Mexico prior to participation in any retreat activities.

  • By signing the waiver, participants agree to hold the retreat organizers, facilitators, and venue harmless from any liability related to injuries or damages that may occur during the retreat.

5. Health and Safety:

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to participate in retreat activities.

  • Any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions must be communicated to the organizers at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who may pose a risk to themselves or others.

6. Code of Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and the environment.

  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the retreat without a refund.

7. Changes and Amendments:

  • The retreat organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, location, or facilitators as necessary.

  • Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality:

  • Any personal information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for retreat purposes.

  • Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow attendees.

9. Photography and Media:

  • Photographs and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.

  • Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must inform the organizers in advance.

10. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.

By booking and attending the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
