A unique form of alternative medicine aimed at restoring the balanced distribution of body energy. This technique encompasses manipulation, exercise, and hovering hands to rejuvenate and balance your energy flow.
Neuro-muscular therapy
Neuromuscular Therapy treatments work to re-educate contracted muscle tissue, deactivate trigger points, correct myofascial holding patterns, and decrease pain. Most of these patterns have either developed steadily over time, or are a direct result of trauma and injury to the body (Whiplash Syndrome in an MVA, for example).
Ortho-bionomy
What is Ortho-Bionomy? Ortho-Bionomy is a gentle, non-invasive, osteopathically-based form of body therapy which is highly effective in working with chronic stress, injuries and pains or problems associated with postural and structural imbalances.

Thai massage combines compression, acupressure, and passive stretching. These increase the range of motion in your joints and muscles. This can also improve your posture.
